Return & Refund Policy

We offer two convenient ways to return or exchange merchandise.

Free Merchandise Return for Store Credit (48 Contiguous U.S. States Only)

Free returns, exchanges, or refunds for store credit must be initiated and received within 45 days of delivery. Free return labels are available for a refund via store credit. Store credit refunds are for merchandise only. Sale items are non-refundable. If a discount was used when purchasing merchandise, the store credit will reflect the value at which the merchandise was sold. If a free shipping promotion was used on the original order, and the merchandise being returned would disqualify the original order from free shipping eligibility, the cost of shipping the non-returned merchandise will be deducted from the store credit. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging. Store credits are issued manually by emailed code to the customer’s email address upon receiving the returned item(s). Store credit is redeemable only at www.realmilkpaint.com and is redeemable for 6 months upon creation. If merchandise is opened, used, or damaged a 25% or greater restocking fee off the merchandise sale value may be deducted from the store credit at the discretion of Real Milk Paint Co. Merchandise Return for Money Back

Returns, exchanges, or refunds for money back must be initiated and received within 45 days of delivery. An appropriate prepaid return label can be provided for the merchandise being returned OR the customer can choose their own method to return the merchandise. The cost of this prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund of the merchandise. Refunds are for merchandise only. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging. Sale items are non-refundable. If a discount was used when purchasing merchandise, the refund will reflect the value at which the merchandise was sold. If a free shipping promotion was used on the original order, and the merchandise being returned would disqualify the original order from free shipping eligibility, the cost of shipping the non-returned merchandise will be deducted from the refund. If merchandise is opened, used, or damaged a 25% or greater restocking fee off the merchandise sale value may be deducted from the refund at the discretion of Real Milk Paint Co. When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If the return is eligible your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment the following Wednesday. Allow for two business days for refunds to process and arrive in your banking account. Real Milk Paint Co is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Original and return shipping costs are nonrefundable. For packages with a product valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance through the carrier. Stolen Packages

The Real Milk Paint Co is not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is unfortunately stolen after delivery you may be eligible for a replacement of the package. For eligibility to be considered a police report must be filed by the customer and a copy of the report sent to [email protected]. After the incident and the police report have been reviewed a replacement package may be sent. The shipping costs of a replacement package will be the responsibility of the customer.  A signature will be required for the delivery of the replacement package.
