Route Package Protection
Route Protect is a package protection solution that helps cover you in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Every order placed through our online store can receive premium package protection and tracking services from Route. If your order arrives late, doesn’t arrive at all, or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and possibly receive a replacement or a full refund.
Tip: Have your email that the order was placed with and your order number handy. Order numbers typically look like “R-123456”. It can be found on your packing slip or order-related emails.

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the package. No exchanges. Simply return the unwanted item and use the issued store credit to purchase the correct item. Free returns are accepted for store credit to www.realmilkpaint.com for the value of the returned merchandise. Shipping costs will not be included in the store credit amount.
