I used your product on my new construction in 2011. I made two mistakes: First, I used it undiluted, and it didn’t soak in enough. Second, I applied it in the spring, when temperatures were rising and the sunshine was strengthening. I just finished reapplying two coats taking advantage of cooler temperatures and weakening sun. I also diluted 1:1. The results are excellent.
